My name is Dan Mason. I walked away from a six-figure, corporate career where I was successful, but not fulfilled. It's the bravest and most rewarding thing i've ever done. On my journey, I learned the tools and techniques to find clarity about my life's mission, the uncover what was holding me back, and to overcome fear. Now I share these same tools with clients to help them live a life of freedom, confidence, fulfillment, and joy.

Why Coaching?

You are a person who has done all of the things you have been told will make you successful and happy.

You went to school, studied hard, and built a successful career. You might even be married with a beautiful  family.

Yet, at the end of the day, there is that little voice that whispers and says “There has to be more than THIS”. It’s not that you aren’t grateful for your family, friends, and the roof over your head. You totally are. But you also know, deep down, that you have something more to offer to the world. You know you are living a life that is “safe”, but not “fulfilled”.

You immediately feel guilty for saying that, and start in with self-sabotaging statements like

“But who really loves their work anyhow?”
“The things that bring me joy are only meant to be hobbies”
“I can’t make a living doing what I love”
“I can’t find a relationship because the GOOD people are taken”
“I’m never going to be able to lose this 20 pounds”

The fact is, none of these beliefs belong to you. They are things that were taught  to you by parents, teachers, and loved ones, who also feared taking that courageous step to unapologetically living an authentic life.

It’s time to unlearn those limiting beliefs and create a dynamic life of purpose, fulfillment, and joy.

 

What is Creative Soul Coaching?

It’s a 4 step process to share the tools that will help you step into the light of who you really are.

During our work together, we will do a deep dive to find:

  1. Clarity. What is it that you REALLY want in life? As I learned in my journey, it might not be what you are telling yourself.
  2. What is Holding You Back? Let's identify the self-limiting beliefs that you are telling yourself and get to the core of WHY they exist.
  3. Purpose. We will uncover your real values and create a purpose statement for your life. Many clients feel like this idea is so big, that it’s out of reach for them. I guarantee that it isn’t. In fact, we can do this in one session.
  4. Create an Action Plan. A goal without a plan is not going to produce results. We will set specific, measurable, actionable goals as well as set timelines to create accountability to achieve them.

Here is one thing I absolutely know for certain to be true. It is never too late to live your dreams. Nelson Mandela didn’t become President of South Africa until he was 76. Mother Theresa didn’t win the Nobel Peace Prize until her late 60’s. Julia Child didn’t publish a cookbook until she was 50.

The life you want is waiting for you. You only need to commit to making a change.

About Dan

My name is Dan Mason and I help clients create more love, freedom, purpose, and joy in their lives.

A graduate of Emerson College in Boston, I spent 18 years working on-air, then eventually in management, in radio broadcasting. My career took me all over the country, to places like Cleveland, Miami, Boston, Sacramento, and Tampa. I was nominated for national awards in my field, hosted nationally syndicated radio shows interviewing the likes of Maroon 5 and Taylor Swift. I had access to every concert in the world, meeting some of the biggest stars on the planet.I made a comfortable living that allowed me to vacation in nice places, wear designer clothes, live in nice homes, and all of the other things that we are taught equal “happiness”.  My friends saw the pics on Facebook and thought my life was awesome.

And yet, I felt spiritually bankrupt.

So I invested in myself, working with my own life coach, Alex Kip, and completing the Gabrielle Bernstein Spirit Junkie Masterclass Level 1. Through this work, I was able to create a purpose statement for my life.

“I was born to feel the authenticity that comes from my higher being and myself, and to feel the connection that results from inspiring others to feel the same”

This radically shifted the direction of my life, leading me to pivot towards a life of service. Creative Soul Coaching is the product of taking the tools that I have learned from amazing teachers, combining it with my own life experience, and creating a program to help you live a life of joy.
